Every Friday, Saturday and Sunday arvo and evening, this roofless booze and food hub dusts off its cement floors, cranks open the outdoor umbrellas and hooks up the beer taps. Then, when you’re just getting comfortable sipping fresh Urban Alleys from a fluoro pink bench, perched against a graffiti-covered wall, we wheel in the food trucks.
