We are a group of chefs, foodies, and all-around dessert aficionados who decided to act on their passion for cakes and Mediterranean delicacies by bringing foreign sweets to Sydney. We realised Sydney wanted something new and unusual, but yet tasty, after eating the regular run-of-the-mill cakes and fondant pastry. We have a huge selection of cakes, the most of which are baklava. For us, Christmas and New Year's Eve are extremely special occasions.
